Tips for IBPS PO Interview

After reading many interview experiences by candidates who appeared for IBPS PO interview, today I am sharing few very important interview tips.

TIPS:-

1. Remember out of 20 marks of Interview, 8 Marks are for your dressing ups (never wear Jeans) and 2 marks for your entering to room & Good morning wishes style.
2. In the panel of 5-6 persons, One person (generally ladies) is psychologist who will not speak any thing throughout and keep on giving you different-different looks to pressurise and tense you. At the last she will also ask one question. Her job is mainly to study your behavior or lying on any thing etc. So never tell lie, say always truth, else they will catch this and may get negative for you.
3. Read your Bio-data completely. For eg starting from your name, meaning of your name, where all you have lived, what is famous of those cities, your hobbies, education qualification like BA,BSC, MBA, BE related general questions, Student can search in google for main topics and study, need not to go in much technical details as they also may not be aware but general things to be known.
4. BE engg students (especially boys) needs to have a very convincing reason for jumping into banking sectors, else you will get demoralized. Girls of course can say that to work for long time, Govt sector is only best place for Girls and that's why I have decided to join Banking sector.
5. At some of the typical question, they will try to make you annoyed, but at this time you should understand this is being done intentionally so you have you control yourself and give good & appropriate reply.
6. During the Interview, if possible you have to show that you are really needy.
7. Being BE i.e engg student you should never show that you cannot work under BA qualified person if you are selected.
8. During the interview, they will take you in some other world related to Past, wherein you will completely forget present preparation when you will be brought suddenly back from your memories.
